Full-time Salesperson

Responsibilities:

2. Answer special customer inquiries during the shopping process, and be able to respond flexibly.‌

3. Guide and welcome each customer to add the company's online butler. Do not add customers during in-store sales.

4. Collect customer feedback and issues with the product, and promptly feed back to the product collaboration group.‌

5. Responsible for product display, store environment cleaning, and visual image maintenance;

Job Requirements.‌‌

1. Good image and temperament, with affinity and good communication skills;

2. College degree or above. English, Mandarin, Cantonese, any one of the languages is proficient, basic English communication skills are required;

3. Have 1 to 3 years of retail experience, with luxury/high-end clothing sales experience preferred;

4. Familiar with the store operation process, have customer service awareness and team spirit;

5. Passionate about the fashion industry, with insights into luxury brand culture, and able to adapt to shift work;

6. Strong stress resistance, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.

Salary and benefits:

Salary structure: base salary++store bonuses, average monthly salary of 20-30K Hong Kong dollars (depending on the store situation);
