Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the promotion and sales of natural products, introducing product efficacy, ingredients and usage methods to customers, and enhancing brand awareness and customer trust.
Proactively reach out to potential customers, understand their needs through communication, provide appropriate product suggestions, and complete the transaction process.
Daily record sales situation, customer feedback and inventory consumption, assist the supervisor to understand market dynamics and product performance.
Cooperate with the company's event planning, participate in product testing, experience teaching or small lectures, and strengthen customer interaction and stickiness.

Work requirements

Have good oral expression and affinity, be able to naturally establish customer relationships, and those with no relevant experience can receive training.
Punctual and reliable, able to accommodate flexible shift schedules, and confirm attendance within two days of notification.
Have basic number concepts and be able to handle cash, electronic payments, and simple sales receipts correctly.
Emphasize service quality, sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to adapt to outdoor or crowded working environments.
