Descriptions & Qualifications:

• Responsible for daily customer reception at the store, providing professional and thoughtful consultation services, and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• According to the customer's skin condition and needs, provide personalized beauty and slimming solutions, and give professional advice and product recommendations.
• Aggressively achieve personal sales goals, drive store performance growth, and complete various sales targets.
• Regularly maintain existing customer relationships, develop potential needs through follow-up tracking and re-visits, and improve the repurchase rate.
• Collaborate with team members to complete project explanation and negotiation processes, and support the overall operating goals of the store.

• Have three years of practical work experience as a beauty consultant or related position in a large beauty institution, with stable sales performance.
• Familiar with professional beauty technology and basic nursing knowledge, able to accurately analyze customer skin conditions and propose effective improvement suggestions.
• Master the basic skills of store operations, including employee training and guidance, customer data management, promotion activity execution, and basic financial concepts.
• Stylish and dignified image, steady personality, good communication skills and stress resistance, and able to handle customer objections and complaints effectively.
• Responsibility and goal-oriented thinking, able to plan work progress independently and actively pursue performance achievement.
