Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and fix issues on Apple devices; perform maintenance and upgrades.
• Support students, staff, and faculty with technical issues; provide device care guidance.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain records of repairs and share solutions for common problems.
• Liaise closely with senior IT staff; assist in training users on new tools.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields.
• Apple Certified Support Professional certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
• Fresh graduates with basic knowledge of Apple products are welcome.
• Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
