Project Designer (Interior fitting out contractor)

Responsibilities

• To rich technical knowledge on construction details and material specifications

• Experience in coordination with sub-contractors/ factories for shop drawings preparation

• Experience in managing factories for fabrication/ sub-contractors for installation

• Liaise and coordinate with clients / architects / designers and project teams

• Well knowledge of construction and renovation

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies, Interior Design, Building Studies or related disciplines with 2-3 years relevant working experience

• Good command of MS Office

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up and MS office

• Enjoy team work, can work independently, assist Project Team to meet tight schedule
