Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized jewelry consultation and sales services to local and international customers, in-depth introduction of brand history, craft features and product value

• Proactively understand customer needs and consumption preferences, combine the current season's series and inventory situation, accurately recommend suitable styles, and enhance transaction rates and customer satisfaction

• Responsible for executing daily sales processes in the store, including order processing, payment collection, packaging, post-purchase follow-up, and updating and maintaining VIP customer information

• Participate in in-store display and layout, goods inventory and management, ensure that goods display is clean and orderly, and information is accurate and error-free

• Support market promotion activities and holiday theme sales strategies, help achieve personal and team sales targets, and regularly report sales performance and customer feedback

Work requirements

• 1 to 3 years of retail industry sales experience, those with high-end brand service background are preferred

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin as the main communication language, with good English listening and speaking abilities, and able to handle multicultural customer groups with ease

• Stylish and generous, with excellent interpersonal interaction skills and empathy, able to quickly establish trust relationships and handle customer concerns

• Have basic numerical sensitivity and service-oriented thinking, be able to independently complete the sales process, and continuously pursue excellence in service quality
