Assistant Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Ÿ Ensures production processes and facilities are adequately managed to produce products of consistent quality and safety.

Ÿ Ensures all front-line workers follow the established SOPs, Work Instruction and Food Safety guideline.

Ÿ Ensures the production area is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.

Ÿ Developing, implementing and maintaining the documentation system, including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction and Batch Production Records.

Ÿ Implement all the necessary corrective and preventive actions necessary to assure and maintain quality, food safety and occupational safety and health.

Ÿ Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with government standard through continuous coaching on safety behaviors.

Ÿ Ensures raw materials, WIP and finished products are adequately handled, stored and maintained.

Requirement:

Ÿ Diploma or above in any disciplines

Ÿ Minimum 1 years of solid experiences in Production, QA or Engineering management.

Ÿ Able to work under pressure.

Ÿ Hardworking, initiative, self-motivated and attentive to details

Ÿ Good communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills

Ÿ Proficiency in English and Chinese, and computer skills

Ÿ Immediate available is preferred
