2. Keep customer information and contracts organized, backed up, and archived;
3. Follow up on existing projects within the sales team, including regular mid-term project management reports;
4. Assist the sales team with email, OA, etc. business process applications;
5. Send customer files and contracts, etc.
Position requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, finance-related major is preferred, familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
2. Have good communication skills, work seriously, carefully and responsibly;
3. Have good logic and thinking skills, be able to handle multiple project execution work in a systematic manner; have good data analysis skills, be sensitive to data;
4. Candidates with sales support or business support experience in the financial industry are preferred;
5. Have good service awareness and team spirit as well as stress resistance ability.
