Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for employee personal information input, update and system maintenance to ensure accurate and complete personnel data

  • Organize, archive and manage paper and electronic personnel files, and execute daily file classification and access management

  • Assist in the compilation and updating of personnel statistics, internal notices, meeting minutes and other daily administrative work

  • Collaborate with the HR team to complete salary payment basic data verification, holiday record update, and basic policy promotion


Work requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma (Grade Five) or above, fresh graduates and those with no relevant work experience are welcome to apply

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), with basic data input and document editing capabilities

  • Have good communication skills, be able to communicate and write daily in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English

  • Have basic time management skills, be able to handle multiple tasks in priority order and deliver them on time

  • Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid "High-end Talent Pass", "Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme", "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)", "Dependent Entry Visa" or other legal work permit in Hong Kong

  • Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, office work mode
