Sales Coordintor

Our client, a Japanese brand consumer product company is now seeking for a candidate for the below position:

Sales Coordinator (Good at Excel) (offer double pay and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong relationships with sales companies and distributors
• Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts, and database updates while coordinating sales and marketing activities
• Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses, and business proposals/presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers on new product development

Qualifications

• Degree holder is a must
• 2 years or above working experiences in sales administrative or supporting role or sales & marketing
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel (MUST), Word and PowerPoint
• Creative mind and Proactive
• Excellent communication, organizational, attention-to-detail skills and be able to meet tight deadlines
