Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily reception work of the company, including answering incoming calls, recording messages and transferring them to relevant departments

  • Greet visiting customers and partners with enthusiasm, provide registration, guidance, and basic consultation services

  • Handle daily mail and express delivery, ensure accurate and timely file transfer

  • Coordinate the inventory, purchase and storage management of office supplies to ensure sufficient daily operations

  • Provide basic administrative support, such as meeting room reservations, clerical work, data input, and temporary assignments


Work requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of reception, customer service or administrative work experience, those with office building or industrial estate work background are preferred

  • Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate daily in Mandarin and basic English, with basic writing skills

  • Appropriate etiquette, sincere and polite treatment of others, good service awareness and emotional management skills

  • Careful and steady work, punctuality and self-discipline, the ability to handle multiple tasks independently and maintain high efficiency

  • Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, and Dependents' visa, etc., immediate employment is preferred


Benefits

  • Monthly salary of HKD$14,000 – $16,000, with 13 months of pay

  • Annual 7 days of statutory leave, with additional leave granted depending on performance

  • Year-end bonuses, based on company performance and individual contributions

  • Five-day work week (Monday to Friday), daily working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

  • Stable working environment, located in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, with convenient transportation and harmonious team atmosphere
