Regional Store Development & Expansion Lead

Responsibilities:

1.Support the Expansion Manager in achieving corporate expansion targets
2.Deliver store location recommendations and meet quantitative expansion KPIs
3.Conduct market research including competitor analysis and customer data aggregation
4.Optimize store opening success rate and operational efficiency
5.Manage existing store portfolio (relocations, closures, renovations) and maintain stores with 400+ monthly foot traffic
6.Perform market intelligence analysis and competitive benchmarking
7.Identify potential partners through multi-channel prospecting

Requirements:

1.Proficient in commercial district planning, retail site selection, and FMCG expansion processes
2.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word) and Visio
3.3+ years in business development with preference for FMCG/retail experience
4.Demonstrated market acumen, negotiation expertise, and resilience under pressure
