From SME excellence to parenting authority, and from travel hotspots to health innovation, you will lead the strategic expansion of our award IPs across our entire media matrix.

Your Multi-Vertical Portfolio

You will be the strategic lead for the awards and signature "happenings" of our market-leading brands:

• Corporate & SME: BusinessFocus Awards (The definitive voice for HK business).

• Parenting & Family: Baby-Kingdom & MamiDaily Awards (Trust-building for the parenting community).

• Travel & Dining: HolidaySmart Awards (Celebrating the best in local and global lifestyle).

• Health & Wellness: UrbanLife Health Awards (Recognizing innovation in wellness and medical care).

• Fashion & Beauty: GirlStyle, TopBeauty & POPLADY Awards (Setting the pulse for the lifestyle sector).

Your Impact: The Business-Project Hybrid

1. Strategic IP Development (The Business Manager)

• Sector Innovation: Brainstorm and launch new award formats that leverage the unique identity of each media brand (e.g., a "Data-Backed Travel Award" for HolidaySmart).

• Revenue Growth: Work with sales teams to package these awards into premium sponsorship opportunities for global brands and local SMEs.

• Market Authority: Use our proprietary MediaLens AI to create "Scientific Awards”—using real-time engagement data to validate winners, making our ceremonies the most credible in Asia.

2. High-Octane Execution (The Project Manager)

• 0-to-1 Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle: nomination, judging panels, public voting, and the high-production award ceremony.

• AI-Orchestration: In our "AI-First" culture, you will use AI agents to automate vendor management, guest listing, and logistics, freeing you to focus on Creative Strategy and VIP Relationship Management.

• Cross-Team Liaison: Act as the "Central Hub" connecting our 200+ content creators, tech teams, and external partners to ensure every event is a viral success.

• The Sector Polymath: You can talk "SME Growth" with a CEO in the morning and "Parenting Trends" with a Brand Manager in the afternoon.

• 5+ Years of Experience: Background in Event Marketing, Media, or Public Relations with a track record of managing large-scale, high-stakes ceremonies.

• Data-Native: You are excited about using AI (MediaLens) to prove why a winner deserves their trophy.

• Passion for "The Big Idea": You aren't satisfied with a "standard" dinner; you want to create a "Happening" that trends on social media.
