Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Growth & Community Strategy (The Core)

  • Holistic Strategy: Formulate and execute the yearly/quarterly marketing roadmap for the entire Parenting & Health cluster to increase market share and brand stickiness.

  • Community Blueprint: Architect the growth strategy for two distinct audiences:

    • Parenting: Engage the massive Baby-Kingdom Forum community and MamiDaily readers on education and child development.

    • Health: Build a trusted network of professionals and health enthusiasts for UrbanLife Health.

  • Membership Events: Lead the strategy for membership-driven events . From online creative contests to exclusive family gatherings, you will design mechanisms to turn casual readers into loyal members.

2. O2O Events & Video Innovation

  • O2O Experiences: Conceptualize and execute viral offline events covering both sectors, such as Baby Fairs, STEM Workshops, Health Talks, and Family Run Events.

  • Video-Centric Marketing: You will work closely with the video team. You must have a strong sense of what makes a "Video" go viral among parents/health-seekers and how to use video formats to promote brand campaigns effectively.

  • Project Leadership: Lead event projects from concept ideation and venue coordination to budget control and post-event performance analysis.

3. Commercial Solution Integration

  • Integrated Proposals: Translate our brand power into revenue. You will design data-driven marketing proposals for diverse clients (e.g., FMCG, Milk Powder Brands, Insurance, Pharma, Education Centers) by combining our ecosystem resources.

  • Solution Mix: Flexibly mix our assets—Digital Media, Event Marketing, and Influencer Marketing——to create winning pitches that solve client pain points.

4. AI Application & "Vibe Coding"

  • Advanced AI Toolkit: You must embrace the latest LLMs. You will utilize Google Gemini, ChatGPT, and Midjourney to enhance efficiency in copywriting, visual mood boarding, and proposal generation.

  • Frontend Vibe Coding: You will learn to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, v0, Bolt.new) to prototype and build frontend campaign sites or landing pages for your marketing events. No deep engineering degree required, but a willingness to "hack" it is essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Media. Experience in Event Management and Community Building is a massive plus.

  • Industry Sense (Dual Focus): You must possess a strong sensitivity to Family/Parenting trends (Education, Child Development) AND Health/Wellness trends (Medical news, Healthy Living).

  • Tech & Video Savvy: You embrace AI. You are not afraid of new tools like Gemini or video editing software. You understand the grammar of Short Video (Reels/Shorts).

  • Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English . Strong copywriting skills are preferred.

  • Mindset: A "Can-Do" attitude. You are ready to get your hands dirty to make an event successful, from moving boxes to presenting to CEOs.
