<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and execute our strategic partnership initiatives with key government, institutional, and public sector entities in Hong Kong. The core mission is to establish deep collaborations to pioneer new user acquisition channels, with a focus on serving and engaging the local Hong Kong community.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with organizations including the Hong Kong Government, LegCo members, universities, "iAM Smart", key industry associations, and public bodies like MTR.</li><li>Act as the company's representative in leading negotiations and signing strategic cooperation agreements to drive HKChatuser registration through innovative partnership models.</li><li>Serve as the lead for partnership projects, monitoring and analyzing collaboration effectiveness using data-driven insights for continuous optimization.</li><li>Establish, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with strategic partners, becoming their most trusted business contact.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strategic partnerships align with overall company objectives and are successfully implemented.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of business development or account management experience targeting government institutions or large corporations in Hong Kong.</li><li>Deep understanding of Hong Kong's local social networks, political-business environment, and cultural environment.</li><li>Excellent commercial negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage with senior executives.</li><li>Strong resilience, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.</li><li>Native Cantonese fluency is required, with basic proficiency in putonghua and English.</li></ul>
