Junior Accountant/ Assistant Accountant

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle daily accounting operations, including preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of timely financial reports and schedules.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal operations teams to resolve accounting-related queries.
• Assist with audit preparations and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in building an accounting career are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) being essential.
• Experience with an ERP accounting system is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• A responsible, proactive, and willing-to-learn attitude.
