Marketing Director

Our client, headquartered in Hong Kong, is a diversified leading firm in the beauty & Wellness industry with an entertainment and brand management.

About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership position where you will be the driving force behind the brand's market presence and growth. You will define the marketing vision, inspire a team, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that resonate across a diverse portfolio of wellness and beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing and brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives market leadership.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives across all digital channels, social events, and media to ensure brand narrative.

• Leverage market research and customer insights to identify new opportunities, expand market share, and enhance customer loyalty.

• Build, lead, and mentor marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.

• Own the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation and a strong return on investment across all activities.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of 10+ years in strategic marketing leadership, ideally within the wellness, beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth.

• Strong experience with integrated brand management across a diverse product and service portfolio.

• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and inspiring teams.

• A strategic thinker with outstanding communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
