Job Description
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and support HR operational duties, including talent acquisition, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, rostering, payroll, employee relations, staff activities, and benefits management.</p></li><li><p>Handle administrative tasks such as procurement, filing, and office supplies management in accordance with internal guidelines and policies, including external work to obtain documents and send mail.</p></li><li><p>Assist with presentations, enrollment, office activities, administration, and research.</p></li><li><p>Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>assist other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Services, in various tasks, projects, research, UAT, etc.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal and external parties on office renovation projects.</p></li><li><p>Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Self-motivated, a good team player, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time pressure.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation.</p></li><li><p>Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Location:</strong> InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong (3-minute walk from Kowloon Tong MTR station)</p><p><br><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Performance bonus</p></li><li><p>Friendly working environment</p></li><li><p>Staff recreation activities</p></li><li><p>Free flow of snacks and drinks</p></li><li><p>Casual dress code</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Office Hours:</strong> 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday</p><p><strong>Interested candidates please response to this jobad with CV and available working schedule (Mon to Fri).</strong></p>
