Project Coordinator (Site)

Assist Site Agent in processing project documents and site administrative work

• Include file archiving, construction records, report organization, and updating of engineering progress tables (programme/schedule).

Assist in managing the daily operation and record of the construction site

• Follow up on construction progress, take on-site photos, fill out site diary, and assist in tracking materials and subcontractor status.

Communicate and coordinate with consultants, customers and subcontractors

• Follow up on engineering changes (variation), plan distribution, technical inquiries (RFI) and meeting minutes.

Assist in preparing and submitting contract-related documents

• such as quotation (quotation), purchase order (purchase order), submission of drawings (submission) and file transfer record (transmittal).

Support safety, quality and schedule management

• Assist with safety file updates, track NCR/site inspection record, and ensure engineering meets company and regulatory requirements.
