Duties:

1. Algorithm development and optimization
a. Design and implement based on ZMP/MPC/WBC four-legged walking, two-legged walking, whole-body cooperative motion control algorithm, optimize dynamic balance and environmental adaptability.
b. Develop a multi-degree-of-freedom robot trajectory planning algorithm to solve the problem of motion stability in complex terrain (stairs, slopes, unstructured ground).
2. System modeling and simulation
a. Build high-precision kinematics/dynamics models, use Mujoco, Isaac Gym, etc. for simulation validation, complete virtual-to-real transfer and hardware deployment.
b. Participate in the robot body-algorithm co-design, propose mechanical structure optimization suggestions (such as joint drive configuration, sensor layout),
3. Technical pre-research and innovation
a. Explore cutting-edge control methods (such as reinforcement learning and MPC fusion, end-to-end control architecture), and enhance the algorithm's generalization ability in dynamic scenes.
b. Study the control joint characteristics and algorithm matching, optimize the torque distribution strategy and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

a. Master's degree or above, majoring in Control Science and Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science and other related fields.
b. Proficient in rigid body dynamics modeling and numerical optimization methods, familiar with LQR/MPC/WBC algorithm implementation and QP solver (such as OSQP, qpOASES).
c. Familiar with ROS/ROS2 framework and real-time system development, with C++/Python engineering coding ability.
d. At least 2 years of experience in foot robots (bipedal/quadrupedal) or collaborative robotic arms motion control projects.
e. Familiar with humanoid robot hardware systems (such as screw, harmonic reducer, torque sensor) characteristics, those who are familiar with humanoid robot hardware systems (such as screw, harmonic reducer, torque sensor) characteristics are preferred.
f. Published in top conferences in the field of robot control (such as ICRA, IROS) or participated in open source projects (such as OpenLoong) are preferred.
