Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Core Responsibilities:
You will assist the Head of Marketing to lead all brand initiatives and marketing operations for our luxury fitness group. Working in close partnership with senior leadership, you'll help drive strategies that elevate our premium positioning while delivering measurable business growth across key performance metrics.
Team Leadership & Development
Supporting the Head of Marketing, you'll help lead a high-performing team through coaching, collaboration, and talent development. Your role will focus on fostering cross-departmental alignment while implementing programs that enhance team capabilities in luxury brand marketing.
Strategic Campaign Management
You'll assist in overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all initiatives meet our standards for creativity and precision. This includes coordinating with agencies, managing timelines, and maintaining the quality expected of a premium fitness brand.
Brand & Content Development
Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, you'll contribute to crafting sophisticated brand narratives and visual identity guidelines. Your work will shape our digital/social presence and member engagement strategies, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Performance & Growth
You'll help analyze marketing performance data to optimize budget allocation and campaign ROI. Your insights will directly support membership growth initiatives while preserving our reputation as a market leader in luxury fitness experiences.
Requirements:
• 8+ years' progressive marketing experience
• Advertising agency background preferred
• Experience in pain management/medical aesthetics or fitness group operations beneficial
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Strong project management skills
• Track record of delivering business results
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
