[Main Responsibilities]

• Market Development: Develop potential customers through unfamiliar phone calls, social networks, industrial activities, etc.

• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, gain in-depth understanding of customers’ financial needs and provide professional advice.

• Product demonstration: To provide potential customers with a detailed introduction to the company's financial products and services (such as: investment schemes, loan tools, asset allocation, etc.).

• Achieve the goal: Develop sales plans to ensure achievement and surpassing of monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance targets.

• Market analysis: Continuously monitor financial market trends, competitive dynamics, and provide feedback to the team to optimize sales strategies.

• Compliance Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with financial regulations and internal compliance guidelines.

[Job Requirements]

• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, marketing or related professional background is preferred.

• Work experience: Candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry (such as banking, insurance, securities, FinTech) are preferred.

• Professional skills:

  • Have a deep understanding of financial products.

  • Have excellent negotiation skills and closing ability.

  • Able to speak fluent Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Personal traits:

  • Strong self-motivation, able to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure environments.

  • Have high professional ethics and integrity.

  • Proficient in interpersonal communication, able to quickly establish trust with clients of different backgrounds.

• Related certificates: Holding relevant financial industry licenses (such as: HKSI, IIQE, etc.) will be given priority.
