Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the supervisor with itinerary, meetings and travel arrangements
· Sort business reports, correspondence, and contract documents
· Filter phone calls, receive guests and cross-department communication
· Assist in handling procurement or sales-related administrative work and file management
Requirements:
· No academic requirements, basic computer operations knowledge is sufficient
· Have secretarial or administrative experience is better
· Have basic simple Chinese and English writing and communication skills
· Proactive and attentive, with good adaptability, able to work independently
