Rrecreation Assistant Manager | 40K | 2-3 months bonus | 5 days work

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of official sports teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOP requirements in all operations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and address any complaints related to the Recreation team.
• Conduct analysis and research on facility usage and program statistics to inform recommendations.
• Assist in the development of the department's marketing plan and budget management.
• Motivate and supervise all full-time and part-time staff alongside the line Manager.
• Maintain facilities to the highest standards to enhance customer experience.
• Create staff rosters and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Implement safety measures to protect guests and ensure their well-being.

Requirements:

• A degree in Recreation and Leisure Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in leisure or recreation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to customer and staff interactions.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Practical experience with MS Office applications.
• A strong focus on customer service and effective people management, along with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
