Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including merchants, banks, fintech partners, and internal cross-functional teams such as product, compliance, and operations
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to provide feedback for product development and service improvement
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and ensure smooth onboarding processes for high-value clients


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in payment gateways, fintech, or financial services
  • In-depth understanding of digital payments ecosystem, including acquiring banks, processors, PCI compliance, fraud prevention, and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and managing complex sales cycles with enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and local language(s) as required
