Business Operation Manager (Digital Services)

Responsibilities:

Lead operational planning and execution for internal digital platforms and workflow systems.

Design, implement, and optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for team productivity, system usage, and operational effectiveness; prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including administrative staff and technical support, to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.

Drive process improvement initiatives, such as workflow redesign or system enhancements, with measurable outcomes in efficiency, error reduction, or turnaround time.

Oversee staff onboarding, training, and documentation of internal procedures, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices.

Support management in operational planning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business operations, process optimization, or digital platform management.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio), and workflow systems.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and implementing measurable operational improvements.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and drive process optimization.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM or workflow management platforms

Knowledge of workflow automation and basic scripting (Python, SQL)

Experience creating dashboards and monitoring operational metrics
