Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for professionally introducing beauty and skincare products and various types of beauty treatments to customers, clearly communicating product efficacy and suitable skin types.
Utilize basic skin analysis techniques to provide personalized care recommendations to customers, helping them establish a scientifically effective daily maintenance plan.
Proactively understand customer needs and usage feedback, provide high-quality customer service with integrity and attention to detail, and enhance satisfaction and willingness to repurchase.
Collaborate with the in-store team to complete daily operations, including product display, inventory management, cashier support, and environment maintenance, to ensure the store is clean and orderly and runs smoothly.
Actively participate in the internal training and product knowledge update courses arranged by the company, and continuously improve beauty professional skills and sales practical skills.

Requirements:

Applicants with basic beauty and skin care knowledge or relevant retail sales experience are preferred; those with no experience are also welcome to apply, and will receive complete onboarding training.
Have basic sales awareness and service enthusiasm, be proactive in discovering customer needs, and propose appropriate suggestions from a customer perspective.
Value teamwork, share experiences and support colleagues, and identify with brand values. Have long-term interest and growth motivation in the development of the beauty industry.
