Our client, an international legal firm in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their Corporate Legal Associate
Providing counsel on corporate finance matters and transactions, which include corporate trust, bond structuring, listing of exchange traded funds, block trades, cash offers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of post-qualification experience
Relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) or corporate finance at reputable law firms Proficient in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken, preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and adept client management abilities
Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments, self-motivated, and capable of performing under pressure
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative work approach
