Art Event Marketing Officer (Art Exhibition Promotion/18-month Government Contract)

Job Duties:

• To plan and execute different digital marketing activities for exhibitions and public events

• To provide technical support for the events, including coordination of AV equipments, lighting system and related hardware/software

• To coordinate and support events setup and mounting (coordinate and assist with event setup and mounting)

• To assist guided toursand related coordination (Assist guided tours and related coordination)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Museum studies, Cultural Management, Marketing or related area

• DSE Lv.3 in both Chi & Eng

• At least 2 year of working experience in museum, public events, marketing. Working experience in museum, art/cultural organization, gallery will be an advantage

• Experience in Adobe, Lightroom, Premiere

• Experience in lighting hardware/software (lighting control system, AV equipment)

• Immediately available highly prefer
