Job Description
<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the Hong Kong market. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving market penetration, and supporting sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement brand strategy and integrated marketing plans for the Hong Kong market;</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute online and offline brand promotion activities including social media, advertising, PR events, etc.;</p></li><li><p>Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations;</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to local needs;</p></li><li><p>Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI, continuously optimizing performance;</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, KOLs, agencies, and other partners;</p></li><li><p>Regularly produce market reports and brand health assessments.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or related fields;</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in Fintech or technology industries;</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of the Hong Kong market, culture, media ecosystem, and consumer behaviour;</p></li><li><p>Fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus);</p></li><li><p>Excellent project management, data analysis, and creative thinking skills;</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities;</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Google Analytics, or similar tools is preferred.</p></li></ul>
