Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sales process, including preparing quotes, handling contracts, and providing after-sales service
• Maintain positive interaction and good relationships with customers, regularly follow up on customer inquiries and provide professional advice and services
• Responsible for the full process of customer orders, ensuring delivery and related services are completed on time
• Organize and maintain customer information, assist the sales team in understanding market dynamics and customer needs
• Assist in handling cross-departmental collaboration affairs, improve overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction

Work requirements:

• Have good communication skills, and be able to effectively coordinate information exchange between internal and external parties
• Strong self-discipline, able to complete tasks independently, and at the same time possessing good team spirit
• Team player, able to quickly integrate into team work, and have strong execution ability
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
• Have basic office software operation skills, those with relevant sales experience will be given priority
