Haven of Hope Hospital's long history began in 1919, when it was first founded by local residents as a small clinic and ward that provided free medical services. In 1998, the government announced the reconstruction of Haven of Hope Hospital, which was completed in 2007, aiming to expand and modernize hospital facilities to better serve society. Up to now, it operates 121 service units across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories, providing appropriate aid and support to over 1.9 million beneficiaries annually.
