Job Description
<div>Human resources administrative assistant<br><br>Job Responsibilities:</div><div><br>Human resources management (80%)<br>1. Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and background investigation, actively expanding headhunting and campus recruitment channels, and ensuring that labor contract signing and social security/pension fund changes meet the relevant provisions of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance<br>2. Lead attendance calculation, salary payment, and year-end bonuses, effectively controlling labor and management disputes and ensuring the company and employees’ rights<br>3. Organize new employee training, assist in the implementation of secondary training within the department, participate in employee promotion evaluation, and promote talent development<br>Administrative Management (20%)</div><div><br>1. Process daily operational affairs, such as office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance and file archiving management, to ensure a high-efficiency office environment<br>2. Coordinate employee activities, including team building activities and holiday benefits, plan and implement, enhance team cohesion<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Education: Need to have a bachelor's degree or above, human resources or management-related professional is preferred<br>2. Experience: With 1 to 3 years of human resources assistant related work experience, familiar with Excel function operations and recruitment system use, those with a science and technology or cross-border e-commerce industry background are especially preferred<br>3. Language ability: Cantonese and English fluency, with good communication skills, Mandarin ability is an added bonus<br>4. Core qualities: High data sensitivity, able to achieve zero errors in salary and attendance statistics work; strong multi-task coordination ability, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment<br><br>Benefits:<br>1. Salary: The monthly salary range is HKD 15K-22K, depending on personal experience, with an annual bonus and performance-based incentives<br>2.
