Shipping / Logistic Executive (Trading)

A well known European Kids Products in Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/L, C/O, etc.)
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Provide administrative support (correspondence, filing, data entry, office supplies, meetings)
• Maintain organized filing system for shipping and trade documents
• Handle communication in English & Chinese with partners, suppliers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping/logistics/administration (export documentation focus)
• Skilled in preparing full set of import/export documents
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel ; ERP/logistics system experience a plus
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

Double pay , 2-3 weeks annual leave, 5 days work ,
