Job Description (Job Requirements) Job Responsibilities<br><br>2. Serve as a bridge between Hong Kong stores and headquarters departments, and assist in completing work items for headquarters departments in the Hong Kong area;<br>3. Provide human resources advice to senior management and strive to improve the company's Hong Kong regional comprehensive management level and control human resources costs:<br>4. Establish and perfect various company rules and regulations;<br>5. Responsible for company Hong Kong area corporate culture construction, employee holiday activities organization, planning and arrangement;<br>6. Carry out budget preparation work organization and implementation, etc.;<br>7. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining relationships with various stores;<br><br>9. Other work items assigned by senior leaders.<br>Requirements:<br>1. Have human resources management knowledge and skills, have restaurant chain personnel work experience, those who own restaurant industry personnel resources are preferred;<br>2. Familiar with Hong Kong local labor policies and laws;<br><br>4. Have organizational and time management skills, analysis and problem-solving abilities;<br>5.
