Accounting Officer (Education Cetnre/ Work-life balance)

An expanding Education Training Centre based in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of professional development programs and training courses to fill the following positions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full set of accounting tasks
• Handle petty cash, salary tax filing with MPR, and insurance matters.
• Perform annual stocktakes in Shenzhen and Hong Kong; helpdesign inventory workflows.
• Maintain daily accounting operations independently using the MYOB accounting system.
• Handle digital payment methods, eg, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc
• Support year-end audit preparation and completed various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma / LCC 3rd level of Accounts or above
• At least 10 years of working experience
• Over 3 years of experience in handling a full set of Accounts
• Prior experience in handling multiple currencies and accounting software would be beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel & familiar with the accounting system
• Good command of Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Ability to handle all SME accounting books with strong communication and interpersonal skills
