Responsible for all types of buildings, indoor and outdoor structures and metal components painting and coating work, including surface treatment, primer, intermediate coating and topcoat application;
According to the drawings, technical specifications and site requirements, carry out paint color matching, paint adjustment and coating process control to ensure that the color difference, gloss and thickness meet the standards;
Operate and maintain common painting equipment such as spray guns, air compressors, sandpaper machines and polishing tools, and inspect safety protection devices regularly;
Coordinate with the construction schedule, collaborate with carpenters, ironworkers and other trades to complete cross-work, and complete the assigned paint tasks within the specified construction period;
Follow the construction site safety rules and environmental guidelines, properly store and handle paint, thinner, and other chemical materials, implement ventilation, fire prevention, and waste classification measures.
Work requirements
Have 2 years or more of local construction or renovation engineering paint construction experience, familiar with the coating process of residential, commercial and industrial projects;
Able to independently read simple engineering drawings and construction instructions, understand the basic requirements of paint coating and quality acceptance standards;
Have good hand-eye coordination and precision, basic judgment skills for color recognition, surface flatness, and paint layer uniformity;
Responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to outdoor and high-altitude work environment, holding a valid safety card (CIS) is preferred.
