Job Description

• Mainly responsible for handling motor and Employees’ Compensation claims;

• Study and investigate the circumstances giving rise to claims;

• Ensuring all claims are properly handled and review claims processing, decline and settlement procedures when necessary;

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 0.5 to 1 year's experience in handling general insurance claims preferred;

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Claims Officer;

• Proficient in MS Windows & Office operations;

• Proficient in use of written/oral English and Chinese Languages;
