A. Job Description

II. Main position responsibilities

（1） Elderly care and living assistance (in conjunction with the nursing team)

• Assist caregivers and nurses in taking care of the elderly's daily life, including assisting the elderly with basic living care, paying attention to their safety during movement to avoid falls, collisions, etc.

• Assist in distributing elderly meals, feeding those who are mobility impaired or having difficulty eating, clearing the dining table and utensils after meals, keeping the elderly dining area clean, paying attention to the elderly's eating habits, and reporting any abnormalities to the nurse or supervisor in a timely manner.

• Receive and send laundry for fellow residents, operate laundry equipment

• Assist in changing the elderly's bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and organizing their bed and personal belongings to keep their room neat and orderly, and respect their personal privacy and property rights.

• Responsible for daily cleaning of the elderly's rooms, clearing garbage and changing trash bags, wiping furniture, doors and windows, and handrails, and regularly assisting in the cleaning of dormitory public items, curtains, and rags, strictly implementing the control of dormitory infections and sanitation requirements.

• Properly use and store cleaning tools and disinfectants according to the standard, avoid waste or inappropriate use, and report cleaning supplies shortages in a timely manner.

• Assist in moving various items in the institution, including daily necessities, cleaning supplies, elderly care products, and food ingredients, etc., and organize the storage area of materials to achieve classification placement and neatness.

• Responsible for simple institutional facility inspections, discovering ground damage, equipment failure, light damage, etc., reporting to the supervisor in a timely manner, and following up on the handling to ensure the normal use of institutional facilities.

（Four）Other supporting work

• Work closely with the nursing team and other colleagues, cooperate and unite, take care of the institute's facilities, abide by the institute's discipline, and maintain a good image of the institute.
