Sales Support Executive / Manager (Food)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues
• Prepare quotation to customer (EBP System)
• Ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare and analyse sales reports
• Participate in purchasing and suppliers’ management

Qualifications:

• Post secondary school educated is preferable
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support or a similar role
• Experience in food services / catering / food industry is needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, EPR software & Sales Tools
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
