Responsibilities
* Drive channel strategy for ShareCRM, including sales forecasting, target decomposition, and pipeline management aligned with product positioning
* Design partner programs covering channel architecture, commercial policies, and incentive structures to accelerate ecosystem growth
* Conduct regular business reviews analysing sales friction points, operational workflows, and marketing effectiveness to optimise partner performance
* Collaborate with Product/R&D and Marketing to develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and partner certification frameworks
* Collaborate with Pre-sales and Delivery teams to execute joint marketing initiatives and build scalable Go-to-Market (GTM) motions
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years in CRM/ERP channel partner management within SaaS/Cloud/AI industries preferred
* Proven partner network building capabilities with strong business negotiation and solution design skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable partner strategies and expansion plans
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PPT, Excel, Word)
* Business-proficient English (written/spoken), fluent Mandarin and Cantonese required
