Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, implementing and supervising the company's safety management system and operating procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
- Regularly conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments, identify potential hazards and propose improvement measures.
- Organize and implement various safety training courses to enhance employees’ safety awareness and response ability.
- Investigate work accidents and near-misses, analyze root causes and write reports, follow up on corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordinate government departments, insurance companies and other external agencies on safety matters. Communicate and review with them.
Work requirements
- Holding recognized professional safety-related degrees or qualifications, such as a registered safety officer certificate, NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent, is preferred.
- Have at least three years of relevant safety management experience, familiar with industrial safety, construction site safety or factory operations, those who are familiar with the above are preferred.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, Factory and Industrial Undertaking Ordinance, etc. local regulations.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental safety cooperation.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility, and able to calmly handle and quickly respond to sudden accidents.
