Part-time Store & Online Assistant

Job Responsibility:

- Order processing - Use the online store backend system to verify order information, print out orders and organize goods

- Product packaging and delivery arrangements, arrange logistics for delivery

- Website product listing - Assist in sorting product images, writing basic product descriptions and updating prices

- Inventory management - Assist with inventory counting, replenishment, goods placement on shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory on the website and in-store

- Online customer service - Respond to general inquiries through WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook

Job Requirement

- Have basic computer skills (including data input and using web page back-end)

- Positive work attitude, willing to take the initiative to learn and adapt to work processes

- Have good communication skills, be meticulous, responsible, and able to handle work independently

- Interested in the nail industry; if you have basic nail knowledge, you will be given priority

Working hours: Work 2-3 days per week

Working location: causeway bay
