Job Responsibilities
- Sort and process used dishes, pots and pans, and knives according to the process to avoid cross-contamination.
- Regularly clean the dishwasher filter, drain, and surrounding environment to keep the work area clean and dry.
- Assist kitchen staff with simple food preparation work, such as picking vegetables, washing vegetables, etc.
- Supplement cleaning supplies such as detergent, rags, and garbage bags to ensure smooth daily operations.
Work requirements
- No need for relevant experience, the company provides on-the-job training, but those with restaurant dishwashing experience are given priority.
- Able to adapt to high temperature and humid working environment, and can stand for a long time.
- Pay attention to personal hygiene and food safety, and follow the restaurant's cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Have basic communication skills, be able to understand simple work instructions and collaborate with the team.
- Can be adjusted to match the restaurant's operating hours, including lunch and dinner peak periods and weekend attendance.
