Branch office clerk (Pain Management Leadership Group, monthly salary 19,000, plus regular performance bonuses, causeway Bay branch, mainly responsible for order processing, no need to serve customers or sales, shift work experience is better, need to understand Chinese typing and office work)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily invoice processing, account reconciliation, and system-generated invoice work at the causeway bay branch, including service orders, receipt vouchers, etc. Input, verification, archiving and storage

• Execute basic administrative tasks such as customer data processing, operational data verification, report consolidation, and administrative support assigned by superiors

• Ensure all types of operational documents are accurate and complete, and submitted on time to the designated department or system

• Maintain the order and efficiency of the back office administrative procedures to support the daily (Monday to Sunday) operations of the store

• Comply with shift arrangements (three shifts between 11:00 and 22:00 daily), without the need for direct customer service or sales participation, focusing on logistics support and data processing

Work requirements

• Have Chinese input capability (familiar with Quick Input, Pinyin or Cangjie input method), fast and accurate typing

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, able to independently complete word processing, table creation, data sorting, and basic formula application

• Careful and steady, clear and orderly, with good communication awareness and team spirit

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and understand Mandarin is an added bonus

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (including but not limited to GEP, UEP, IANG, Dependent visa or other legal work permit)
