IT Assistant (IT Assistant)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist IT service renewal management and daily operations, including coordinating internal departments and external suppliers’ requirements to ensure stable service delivery

2. Responsible for IT-related data input, verification, and system updates to ensure information accuracy and timeliness, support decision-making and report analysis

4. Develop, maintain and review IT policies, operational guidelines, meeting minutes and service reports, etc., to ensure compliance and knowledge retention

5. Respond to IT consultations from within and outside the organization, follow up on unresolved issues, and actively communicate and coordinate resources across departments to push for problem closure

Work requirements

1. Have a diploma, advanced diploma, associate degree or equivalent academic qualifications; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, no need for relevant work experience

2. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with basic data processing and file editing capabilities

3. Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English in daily life, with Mandarin skills being particularly good

5. Have a team spirit and positive work attitude, and be able to fulfill your responsibilities in a structured office environment (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday)
