Marketing and Executive Communications Officer

<p>We’re looking for a dynamic and multi-talented individual to join our team. It’s a hybrid position that blends strategic marketing execution with executive support. You’ll work closely with the executive, helping drive marketing initiatives while also providing proactive secretarial and administrative support.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Executive & Secretarial Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage dynamic calendars, prioritize appointments and coordinate logistics for business and personal matters</li><li>Handle business correspondence, mail, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties</li><li>Act as a key liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Marketing Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Xiaohongshu etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials</li><li>Support brand development, content creation, and event coordination</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications &/or executive support roles</li><li>Creative and passionate in digital, social media management with an interest in AI</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Proactive and flexible with a strong sense of responsibility</li><li>Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin</li></ul><p></p><p>Interested parties, please<strong>send your application</strong> <strong>with present & expected salary and date of availability</strong>to <strong>HRAdminDept@nubrandsgroup.com</strong> or via "Apply Now"</p><p></p><p>All information will be kept strictly confidential and only used for recruitment purposes only.</p>
