Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting and selling company education and university application consulting and other services, and achieving personal and team sales targets
Operate company official accounts on major social media platforms (such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), enhance fan interaction and conversion rate
Collaborate with the marketing department to hold offline seminars, online explanation meetings and joint promotion activities with cooperation agencies, and expand customer sources

Work requirements

Have at least 3 years of sales experience, those with education, finance, insurance or immigration industry background are preferred
Familiar with the self-media content production process, able to independently complete filming, editing and copywriting, those with basic graphic design skills are preferred
Deep understanding of mainstream social platform operation mechanism and algorithm logic, able to develop effective content strategies to reach target audiences
Have excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to quickly build trust and facilitate transactions
Have entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, be able to withstand pressure and efficiently execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
