Intermediate Desktop Operations Engineer

Duties include:

1. Responsible for desktop hardware terminal maintenance, including computers, printers, telephones, etc.; responsible for IT fixed asset inventory; responsible for desktop office software, business software maintenance;

2. Responsible for security monitoring abnormal event reporting, hardware problems external repair and simple maintenance;

3. Responsible for meeting room maintenance;

4. Responsible for office area server room operations;

5. Collaborate with desktop-related projects;

6. Perform a walk-through of the IDC data center and generate a report

7. Office system operation and maintenance management services: Have AD domain control, UOS domain control, email, FTP, file server, wireless network, antivirus, desktop management, card printing, and Internet behavior. etc. System maintenance and management experience.
Position requirements


Proficient in Windows system management (group policy, registry, services, CMD), terminal device maintenance and basic network configuration (IP/AD/VLAN);

Familiar with Cisco, Poly, HP, etc., audio and video conferencing equipment and Teams, Zoom, Tencent Meeting, etc., software deployment and support;

Have virus protection, information security awareness, and basic batch processing script writing abilities;
