Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Comprehensive supervision of the company's daily warehouse operations, including receipt and acceptance, inventory classification and storage, picking and packaging, and delivery and distribution. Continuous optimization of logistics operation standards and execution efficiency.
Coordinate the dispatching of our own fleet, coordinate the airport and port cargo pickup schedule, local customer delivery route planning and vehicle maintenance, ensure transportation tasks are completed on time, and the punctuality rate is above 98%.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, closely cooperate with market development team, provide logistics support solutions, assist in evaluating new customers' supply chain needs, and participate in external logistics resource screening and cooperation negotiations.
Establish and implement a logistics risk response mechanism, quickly activate backup plans in response to abnormal weather, transportation disruptions, system failures or sudden peak orders, and coordinate with procurement, customer service and operations departments to achieve dual goals of customer satisfaction and stable operations.

Work requirements

Have at least 5 years of warehouse and logistics management practical experience, of which at least 2 years should be as team supervisor, familiar with cross-border and local hybrid delivery modes is preferred.
Proficient in mainstream WMS systems, with basic data analysis skills, able to identify process bottlenecks through system reports and propose improvement suggestions.
Have good experience in fleet scheduling and driver management, understand Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region's traffic regulations, freight license requirements, and safety driving supervision points.
